Filler prices in Gangnam by brand and area: Atière, Restylane, Belotero, Juvederm, and 4 safety checks

Written by Dr. Jay (Yongheon Ha) · Doctor, Repic Clinic

Quick answer: Filler prices at Repic Clinic in Gangnam are set by product, area and volume. Nose or aegyo-sal filler is KRW 250,000 per 1cc with Korean-made Atière, or KRW 490,000 with imported Belotero or Restylane (September 2026, VAT excluded). Before price, check four things: genuine product, a known vessel map, hyaluronidase on hand, and a doctor doing the injecting.

How much is 1cc of nose filler, by brand?

Atière 1cc is KRW 250,000, and Belotero or Restylane 1cc is KRW 490,000. Juvederm is also available; its price is in the table below. Nose and aegyo-sal (the small roll under the lower lash line) share one line on the price list, so aegyo-sal costs the same.

Why nearly double for the same 1cc? One reason: Korean-made versus imported. Atière is made in Korea and approved by the MFDS, Korea's drug regulator; Belotero, Restylane and Juvederm are made by overseas manufacturers and imported. Production cost and distribution differ, so the price differs. I do not generalise about which is better for the nose. With the nose, safe injection comes before bridge height, and product choice comes after that. Why the nose counts as a high-risk area, and what to watch before and after, is covered separately in nose and under-eye filler precautions.

How much is under-eye filler, and what is the difference between Belotero and Eyelight?

Belotero 1cc is KRW 350,000; Restylane Eyelight 0.5cc is KRW 700,000. Half the volume at twice the price. This is where a lot of people stop and stare.

They are different products for the same spot. Belotero is a line used across many areas, while Restylane Eyelight was made for the under-eye and comes in 0.5cc units. The under-eye takes small amounts placed layer by layer, so what drives the quote is the volume actually used more than the unit price. Which one suits you is decided after looking at skin thickness and why the area is hollow. Some under-eyes are better left unfilled. The precautions column above has a table that separates the ones that can be filled from the ones that should not.

How much is lip filler, and which products are used?

Lip filler comes bundled with mouth-corner botox, starting at KRW 190,000 for Atière 1cc. With imported products the price rises through Restylane or Belotero, Restylane Kysse (a lip-specific line) and Juvederm; exact figures are in the table below.

Why is botox attached? Filling lip volume while leaving drooping mouth corners as they are can make the expression look heavy, so the set treats the mouth-corner muscle too. As a bundle it is done in one day; if botox and filler are split, botox first and filler 7 to 14 days later is the recommended order. How mouth-corner and nose botox change the face is in mouth-corner and nose botox. Lips vary a lot between people in swelling and how long the result lasts, so we do not promise a number. At the consultation, the doctor looks at your lip thickness and the shape you want and explains from there.

What are 3D design filler and filler omakase, and what do they cost?

Both are planned by volume across the whole face rather than one area. 3D design filler splits cc across several points that create dimension, like the forehead, temples, front of the cheeks and chin. Filler omakase sets only the total volume (3cc, 5cc or 10cc) without fixing the areas in advance, and the doctor distributes it based on the diagnosis. As the name says, a menu you leave to the chef.

Atière omakase starts at KRW 690,000 for 3cc, and the price per cc falls as volume goes up. The imported line, the 5cc and 10cc prices and the extra-1cc charge are in the table below. Honestly, omakase is not for someone who already knows where and how much they want. It suits someone whose face looks hollow somewhere and who cannot pin down why. If you only want one area, the per-area items are cheaper.

Korean-made Atière vs imported filler: what is different besides price?

The manufacturer, the country of origin and the product range. Every filler Repic uses, Korean-made or imported, is an MFDS-approved hyaluronic acid filler. On approval, there is no difference. You have probably heard that brands differ in viscosity or longevity; how to read those differences for your area and goal is something the doctor explains at the consultation. This column does not rank brands.

So how do you choose? Three things, in order.

  • Area: where a dedicated product exists, like the under-eye, the options are narrower. Nose, lips and 3D design can use either Korean-made or imported.
  • Previous treatment: if you have been maintained on a particular product, staying with it makes the result more predictable. If any filler remains, tell us first.
  • Budget and volume: the more areas at once, the wider the total gap between Korean-made and imported. At 3cc or more, put the two columns of the table side by side.

What I see in clinic is that "imported must be better, right?" and "isn't Korean-made the cheap option?" come in on the same day. Neither is true. An approved product in the right place at the right volume says more about the result than the brand name does.

How do you check filler is genuine, and can it be dissolved if it goes wrong?

For genuine product, ask to see the box and sticker. MFDS-approved products carry approval details on the packaging, so you can check before it is opened. On dissolving, the answer is yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase, used in two cases: when you are unhappy with the shape, and in a vascular emergency. So whether the clinic keeps it on hand at all times is the safety benchmark.

The vascular risk in the nose and under-eye is not exaggerated. If filler enters a vessel, the skin that vessel supplies can be damaged, and rarely, loss of vision has been reported. The probability is low. Still, it is the kind of problem that is hard to undo, so safety preparation comes first there. The details are in the precautions column; here are just the four things to ask when choosing a clinic.

  1. Genuine (MFDS-approved) product: do they show you the actual packaging?
  2. Vessel map: do they know how the vessels run in the nose, between the brows and under the eyes, and plan the injection path around them?
  3. Hyaluronidase on hand: can emergency dissolving be done on the spot?
  4. Doctor-performed: does the doctor inject personally?

Repic Clinic in Gangnam has all four in place.

What does filler cost by area and product? (September 2026)

Prices are from Repic Gangnam's September 2026 price list and exclude 10% VAT, which is added at payment. The same prices apply to Korean and international patients; the tax-refund scheme for cosmetic procedures is no longer available in Korea. The final figure depends on area and volume, and an exact quote follows diagnosis.

How we do it at Repic

A filler consultation starts from where the face looks hollow and why, not from how many cc. Mark-Vu measures the skin surface on photographs and Meta-Vu records contour and volume in 3D; the doctor then assesses skin thickness, chooses area, product and volume, and injects personally. For the nose and under-eye, the vessel paths are checked first, and hyaluronidase is always ready. Swelling and home care are explained afterwards, and consultations can be held in English. With a fixed date like a wedding or a photo shoot, schedule filler 2 to 3 weeks ahead; the countdown by treatment is in the wedding skin treatment schedule.

How do I know my filler is genuine?

Ask to see the box and sticker before treatment. MFDS-approved products show approval details on the packaging. Repic Clinic in Gangnam uses only MFDS-approved products, Korean-made Atière and imported Belotero, Restylane and Juvederm, and will show you the unopened packaging on request.

Can bad filler be dissolved?

Hyaluronic acid filler can be broken down with hyaluronidase. It is used when you are unhappy with the shape and in a vascular emergency, which is why whether a clinic keeps it on hand is a key selection criterion. Repic Clinic in Gangnam keeps hyaluronidase on hand at all times, and the doctor performs the treatment.

Can I get botox and filler on the same day?

The same day is possible. If you can split them, botox first and filler 7 to 14 days later gives a more predictable result. The lip filler item includes mouth-corner botox, so that one is done in a single day. If you only have one day, the areas are split in the plan at your consultation at Repic Clinic in Gangnam.
