What this policy covers

It applies to the visitor guides (/visit), question pages (/questions), the open booking times page (/availability) and llms.txt on www.repicclinic.com.

REPIC Clinic Myeongdong is a separate clinic with its own doctor and independent operation; its website has its own editorial policy.

Where the facts come from

Operating facts — opening hours, address, languages, booking, payment and how prices are posted — come only from a single fact sheet maintained by the clinic. Each line of the fact sheet records its source and the date it was confirmed.

We do not publish facts or numbers that are not in the fact sheet. Public numbers such as foreign-patient counts are totals from the clinic’s own records and are shown with the period they cover. Facts for REPIC Clinic Gangnam and REPIC Clinic Myeongdong are kept separate.

Who reviews the pages

Each page is reviewed by a doctor before it is published (reviewer: Dr. Jay (Yongheon Ha), M.D.). The page shows the reviewer and the date its facts were last checked.

Medical review of medical statements — effects, side effects and treatment intervals — by Dr. Kang Mijeong, board-certified in Family Medicine, is in progress. A page names her as medical reviewer only after she has reviewed it, and new medical statements are not published before that review.

How to report an error

If you find something wrong, please tell us by phone (+82-2-6952-0312), through the clinic’s official messenger channels (WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat) or by email.

We check the report against the fact sheet, correct the fact sheet first and then the page, and update the page’s last-checked date.

Medical advertising rules

We follow the medical advertising rules of Korea’s Medical Service Act (Article 56): no superlatives, no comparisons with other medical institutions, no patient stories about treatment results, no price-inducement wording and no names of prescription medicines.

Specialist qualifications appear only next to the name of the doctor who holds them.

When the same content is used in media that require prior review of medical advertising, only reviewed wording is used.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to help draft and translate these pages.

Every sentence is checked against the fact sheet and by automated checks for prohibited advertising wording, and a doctor reviews the page before it is published. AI tools do not decide which facts are published.

When dates change

The modified date of a page and its sitemap date change only when the content actually changes; the review date changes only when a review is actually completed.

When an operating fact such as opening hours changes, the fact sheet and every page that uses it are updated together.
