Groups of 6 or more — up to 20 people — are scheduled in advance by messenger or phone so that consultations run in parallel.

How parallel consultations work
When a group books, the team plans the order of consultations across the available rooms. Several people are seen at the same time, while the rest of the group checks in or waits together. Because each person has their own consultation, nobody has to share their skin concerns with the whole group, and each person decides on their own treatment.
The clinic spans two floors, B1 and 2F, in the same building on Gangnam-daero. The team guides each person to their room, so the group does not need to keep track of the layout.
What helps the visit run smoothly
The more we know before the day, the better we can plan. Tell us the number of people, the time you would like to start, any interpreter language and whether anyone already knows which treatment they are interested in. Treatment prices are posted on our website, so group members can look at options before the visit; prices exclude 10% VAT and are the same for Korean and international patients.
Same-day treatment after diagnosis is possible. Whether a particular treatment can be done that day is decided by the doctor based on the treatment type and the person’s skin condition.
Arriving at the clinic
REPIC Clinic Gangnam is at 318 Gangnam-daero, about a 7-minute walk from Gangnam Station Exit 4. If you come by bus, get off at the "Raemian Apt. · Financial News" median bus stop. Please arrive a little before your first scheduled consultation so check-in for the whole group can start on time.
