REPIC Clinic Gangnam · Visiting as an international patient
What does a skin analysis at a Seoul clinic measure?
At REPIC Clinic Gangnam in Seoul, the skin analysis measures pores, pigmentation (including hidden UV pigmentation), redness, sebum and hydration, and a 3D facial scan (Meta-Vu) shows facial volume and left–right asymmetry; elasticity, sagging and skin thickness are not measured by the devices — the doctor examines them.

- Devices: Meta-Vu and Mark-Vu
- Skin analysis report available in a foreign language
- 3D scan records can be compared at your next visit
- Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00 (last check-in 19:00); Sat, Sun and public holidays 10:00–18:00 (last check-in 17:00); closed only on the day of Seollal and the day of Chuseok
What the devices measure — and what they do not
The skin measurements cover five things: pores, pigmentation (including pigmentation that is only visible under UV), redness, sebum and hydration. The 3D facial scan (Meta-Vu) adds a different view — volume in the upper, middle and lower face and left–right asymmetry.
Elasticity, sagging and skin thickness are not measured by the devices. The doctor examines them at the consultation, so they are part of the plan even though they are not on the device report.
What happens with the results
The doctor goes through the results with you and uses them, together with the examination, to explain the options and decide the treated areas and shot distribution if you go ahead. Your skin analysis report can be issued in a foreign language, and the 3D scan record can be compared at your next visit.
