Korean public holidays are when many international visitors are in Seoul, so REPIC Clinic Gangnam stays open on them with weekend hours, 10:00 to 18:00, with the last check-in at 17:00. The clinic closes on just two days a year: the day of Seollal (Lunar New Year) and the day of Chuseok. The other days of the Seollal and Chuseok holidays follow weekend hours.

For example, in October 2026 the clinic is open on Monday 5 October (substitute holiday for National Foundation Day) and on Friday 9 October (Hangeul Day). Christmas Day 2026 and New Year’s Day 2027 also follow weekend hours. In 2027 the clinic is closed on Sunday 7 February (Seollal) and Wednesday 15 September (Chuseok).
