Before you travel
Book a time, or at least message us with your dates. Tell us your arrival and departure dates and the language you need; English, Chinese and Japanese interpreters are on site, and other languages need a week’s notice. The first visit starts with a 3D facial scan and skin measurements, so allow time for those before the doctor’s consultation. If you would like your skin analysis report and treatment record in your language, tell the front desk when you check in.
